White House Scandals
or
What Did They Know And When Did They Deny It?”

That seems to be the continuing question from everyone that dares to ask this administration any question they don’t really seem to want to answer. I almost hope Dion Warwick or somebody would rerecord the song “Walk On By” to say “Walk It Back” or perhaps the band Crossfade could do a version of “What I Really Meant To Say” called “What He Really Meant To Say” because that too is a constant phrase spoken by Jay Carney, Joe Biden, Susan Rice, John Kerry, Eric Holder, most of the mainstream media and the entire broadcasting crew, writing staff and editorial staff at MSNBC and the not to be left out the Kings and Queens of honesty and integrity at The Huffington Post.
I don’t know if the former Soviet State run media outlet of Pravda ever wrote or published a book, but the afore mentioned media outlets must be following it page by page. I'm also willing to bet it would be called something like “How To Make Better For Peoples Information” or maybe even something like “Tell It Like We Think It Is or Should Be.” Because you can bet your bottom dollar, and you’re closer to that than you probably realize, they wouldn’t be so honest as to call it, “Shovel It Hard, Shovel It Heavy and Shovel It Often, The Big Book of Shovel Readiness” OK I’ll admit that last one was a shot but, can anyone tell me of a time that an administration was so plagued by scandal and yet it was so under reported?
So here we go in an attempt to get all of this together because it would take too long for any broadcaster to do it and quite frankly the most people don’t have the attention span of an excited puppy with ADD.

1. IRS targets Obama’s re-election threats: The IRS targeted conservative and pro-Israel groups prior to the 2012 election. Questions are being raised about why this occurred, who ordered it, whether there was any White House involvement and whether there was an initial effort to hide who knew about the targeting and when.
It was later learned that Lois Lerner Head of the IRS office in charge of tax exemption statuses (Who had initially claimed it was low level employees in a Cleveland Ohio office that had been purposely targeting Tea Party Organizers) and that she actually had Tea Party groups applications forwarded to her personally and it has been suggested that it was requested by White House officials. Ms. Lerner later stated through negotiations with her lawyers that she would openly testify to Congress if she were given immunity from prosecution. In her opening statement to Congress she claimed to have had done nothing wrong and then claimed her fifth amendment right not to testify. By doing so, in the eyes of many, waiving her right to not be compelled to testify, by making an opening statement. She cannot make a statement then claim the right this would be illegal but the operatives and cronies of this administration do not seem to be subject to the law over and over again.

2. Benghazi: This is actually four scandals in one big cluster fudge. I normally like a good fudge cluster, especially around the holidays but, there are four particular families that will never spend the holiday season the same. I believe that they were the sacrifice made at the altar of re-election politics and that their fates were sealed in July 2012 when ambassador Chris Stevens was denied the continued help he had personally requested

2)a. The utter failure of this administration to protect the Benghazi mission and letting our Ambassador be killed along with three other Americans all the while knowing they were in danger is beyond the pale and behind the veil.

2)b. The multiple changes made to talking points by the administration in order to suggest the attack was motivated by an anti-Muslim video. Subsequently Mark Basseley Youssef, the man that made the video, was jailed for approximately one year (11 Month term). Not only had the video been published earlier, but it had been published two months earlier in July 2012. This begs the question “Was the administration sitting on the video all along to use as an excuse in case of an attack?” This would go along with the re-election narrative that the war on terrorism is over.

2)c. The refusal of the White House to say what President Obama did the night of the attack is amazing. The same White House that thinks they have the answers to everything doesn’t seem to know anything concerning anything that may make them look bad.

2)d. Despite the efforts of Congressman Darell Issa, Chairman of the Oversight & Government Reform Committee, requests for testimony by those who were on the ground in Benghazi Libya with firsthand knowledge of what actually happened have been stonewalled by the administration. Unidentified members of the US State Department, Department of Defense and CIA have forced Benghazi survivors to sign gag orders and refuse to let them testify to the United States Congress House Oversight Committee claiming the orders were given in the interests of national security.

3. Watching the AP (Associated Press): The Justice Department performed a massive eavesdropping operation of the Associated Press reporters’ phone records as part of a leak investigation that many believe to be not only unconstitutional but illegal as well. Again the operatives and cronies of this administration do not appear to be subject to the law.

4. Rosengate, James Rosengate: The Justice Department headed by Eric Holder suggested that Fox News reporter James Rosen is a criminal for reporting about classified information and subsequently monitored his phones and emails. Again “Walk it back” and thank you Ms. Warwick. Justice department officials claimed a lot of things on this yet still not one person has been held accountable. Again this administration does not seem to be subject to the law.

5. The Perjury of Eric Holder, Volm.1: Attorney General Eric Holder told Congress he had never been associated with “potential prosecution” of a journalist for perjury when in fact he himself signed the affidavit that termed Rosen a potential criminal. Lying under oath to congress is a crime. Again this administration does not seem to be subject to the law.

6. The Perjury of Eric Holder, Volm.2: Again while under oath Holder told Congress in May 2011 that he had just recently heard about the “Fast and Furious” gun walking scheme when there is evidence he may have known much earlier. Again this administration does not seem to be subject to the law.

7. The ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms) “Fast and Furious” Scheme: Unbelievably allowed weapons from the U.S. to “walk” across the border into the hands of Mexican drug dealers. Then the ATF lost track of hundreds of firearms, many of which were used in crimes, including the December 2010 killing of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. The fact that Terry died is only worsened by the fact that his own brethren of Border Patrol Agents that have come forward about the incident have been persecuted by high ranking members of the Border Patrol by being reassigned to unsavory positions or forced to quit, while those agents involve in the cover up are rewarded and promoted. In spite of laws protecting whistleblowers, again this administration and its agents or cronies seem to not be subject to the law.

8. HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius Demands Payment: Openly admitted tax cheat and HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius solicited donations from companies HHS might regulate. The money would be used to help her sign up uninsured Americans for ObamaCare. The problem with that is it’s illegal. I can almost hear the gasps of air being taken with the thought that someone in the Obama administration may have broken the law. The fact is that Federal regulations do not allow department officials to fundraise in their professional capacity. They do, however, allow Cabinet members to solicit donations as private citizens "If you do not solicit funds from a subordinate or from someone who has or will have business with the Department, and you do not use your official title," according to Justice Department regulations. Again this administration does not seem to be subject to the law.

9. GSA Extravaganza: The General Services Administration in 2010 held an $823,000 training conference in Las Vegas, featuring a clown and a mind reader, ultimately resulted in the resignation of the GSA administrator. Originally established by President Harry Truman on July 1, 1949, the GSA was set up to streamline the administrative work of the federal government. (Talk about goals gone wild) GSA was to consolidate the National Archives Establishment, the Federal Works Agency, and the Public Buildings Administration; the Bureau of Federal Supply and the Office of Contract Settlement; and the War Assets Administration into one federal agency tasked with administering supplies and providing workplaces for federal employees. In my opinion, the GSA is just another over-bloated waste of tax-payer money that functions as nothing more than a red tape factory.

10. Sebelius Violates the Hatch Act: A U.S. special counsel determined that Sebelius violated the Hatch Act when she made “extemporaneous partisan remarks” during a speech in her official capacity last year. During the remarks, Sebelius called for the election of the Democratic candidate for governor of North Carolina. After the apparent Hatch Act violation emerged, her office reclassified the trip from official to political and she reimbursed the government for associated expenses. Thus changing the facts around in an apparent and overt display of an “It’s only wrong when you get caught.” policy. The Hatch Act was passed in 1939 when widespread allegations that local Democratic Party politicians used employees of the Works Progress Administration (WPA) during the congressional elections of 1938 provided the immediate impetus for the passage of the Hatch Act.

11. You say Solyndra, I say Sold-out: Republicans charged that the Obama administration funded and promoted its poster boy for green energy despite warning signs the company was headed for bankruptcy. The administration also allegedly pressed Solyndra to delay layoff announcements until after the 2010 midterm elections. This of course, is after Solyndra was given $535 Million in tax payer money. Just because Solyndra was a heavy contributor in the Obama campaign and other in democratic hopefuls campaigns I’m sure is merely coincidental…. Not.

12. AKA Lisa Jackson: Former EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson used the name “Richard Windsor” when corresponding by email with other government officials, drawing charges she was trying to evade scrutiny because all official government emails are subject to public review. So opening a private email account in your dog’s name, yes that’s true, you may be able to discuss what illegal regulations you may impose on American without the silly Congress worrying their pretty little heads about it. Again, operatives and cronies of this administration do not seem to be subject to the law. Ha hah you thought I was done saying that.

13. Voter Fraud Schmoter Fraud: The Justice Department now being led by our ole’ buddy Eric Holder, was accused of using a racial double standard in failing to pursue a voter intimidation case against Black Panthers who appeared to be menacing voters at a polling place in 2008 in Philadelphia. Not to mention multiple voter fraud reports involving the now debunked ACORN movement and one particularly disturbing report that in Kinston North Carolina, mentally disabled people were being bussed in from a care facility to a polling place and coerced into voting for all democratic candidates including then Presidential hopeful Barack Obama.

14. Power-tripping The War Powers: Obama may have violated the Constitution and both the letter and the spirit of the War Powers Resolution by attacking Libya without Congressional approval. Again this administration and this President in particular, does not seem to be subject to the law. It is beyond fascinating to watch Obama speak. Whenever it’s not “Bush’s fault”, then it’s “Well Bush did it.” The War Powers act was instituted to let the President of the United States act on an imminent threat on the country or its interests. Not to be used as a world police force or for acts of political gain. The media and the White House used “The Butterfly Effect” to justify involvement. If you don’t know what the butterfly effect refers to, Google it, find the Ashton Kutcher movie and skip to the next definition.

15. Biden’s Press-ure: The White House has made itself very clear that bullying in America will not be tolerated. That is unless you’re Vice President Biden. His office has repeatedly interfered with coverage, including forcing a reporter to wait in a closet, making a reporter delete photos, and editing pool reports.

16. AKPD A-OK With Big Pay: The administration paid millions to the former firm of then-White House adviser David Axelrod, AKPD Message and Media, to promote passage of Obamacare. Some questioned why the firm was hired because it was not to help pay Axelrod $2 million AKPD owed him so don’t think that.

17. Sestaking The Deck: Former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel used Bill Clinton as an intermediary to probe whether former Rep. Joe Sestak (D-Pa.) would accept a prominent, unpaid White House advisory position in exchange for dropping out of the 2010 primary against former republican turncoat Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Pa.). I know Spector was a democrat before he went republican but I just naturally thought he had come to his senses and I was apparently wrong.

18. I’ll Take A Pass On Some Laws: Obama has repeatedly been accused of making end runs around Congress by deciding which laws to enforce, including the decision not to deport illegal immigrants who may have been allowed to stay in the United States had Congress passed the “Dream Act.” All the while yammering on like some kind of espresso addicted parrot that “The ACA is the law of the land, Braaawk, the ACA is the law of the land.” The fact remains that two hundred and thirty seven years ago this nation was founded in part because King George was enacting laws and ignoring them as they suited him.

19. Sharyl Attkisson Gets Hacked Offed: It’s not clear who hacked the CBS reporter’s computer as she investigated the Benghazi scandal, but the Obama administration and its allies had both the motive and the means to do it. So say it with me now kids, operatives and cronies of this administration do not seem to be subject to the law.

20. The Inconvenient IG Or Hail to The Bus Driver, Bus Driver, Bus Driver: Corporation for National and Community Service Inspector General Gerald Walpin was surprisingly fired in 2009 as he fought wasteful spending and investigated a friend of Obama’s, Sacramento Mayor and former NBA player Kevin Johnson. The White House says Walpin was incompetent. I can tell you this. That if Johnson is as whiney off the court as he was on, Walpin was probably fired to just shut him up. I can’t tell you how many times Phoenix Suns Announcer Al McCoy started a sentence with: “Johnson is complaining about….” My personal feelings aside about Johnson, the problem once again is the law was broken again by this administration.

21. My Sister’s a Big Deal: An investigation is underway of Alejandro Mayorkas, director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, who has been nominated by Obama for the number two post at the Department of Homeland Security. Mayorkas may have used his position to unfairly obtain U.S. visas for foreign investors in Gulf Coast Funds Management, a financing company run by Hillary Clinton’s brother, Anthony Rodham.

22. Nobel Peace Prize Winning President Drones On And On: Let me be the first to say I do not condone or in any way support terrorism. The memories of September eleventh two thousand and one are as fresh to me as anyone else that saw that day tragically unfold. That being said we as a people cannot for any reason right or wrong ignore our most basic laws that are supposed to guide us and defend us. An American overseas being gunned down by a drone was and is illegal. Every American is due the right of due process. How is it that foreign nationals are given exceedingly better treatment and ensured a day in criminal court to make outlandish statements but an American citizen no matter how big a piece of filth he was is denied that right. So if you’re interested the American body count as on May 2013 is four. If you’re not concerned about the goings on abroad then let me reiterate a phrase that may change your mind “At home and abroad.” Drones are now being used over American soil by Local and federal governments. They claim that they are unarmed, so far.

23. The Affordable Care Act, aka ObamaCare, aka The Unaffordable Care Act, aka The Train Wreck, aka The Big F***ing Mess, aka You Can’t Keep Squat, PERIOD: I’m going to just scratch the surface on this one. Suffice to say it has affected me personally and these people like Bob Beckel touting the fact thousands of people that were not covered before are now covered. Well Bully for them Bob, but it has not gone unnoticed that you ignore the fact that most of those people will never be able to meet their deductibles or out of pocket costs and you shrug off the nearly six million people that got dropped as an acceptable percentage to cover these few thousand. This kind of nonsensical math only works in the mind of a liberal hell bent on not being confused with the facts because their mind is already made up. What you most likely want to say is that guaranteed voters are being made by the minute with this law and an utter dependence on the state is the wave of the future. But of course that probably goes against the daily talking points sent out by the DNC to the loyal purveyors of progressive hogwash.
